Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Due to hygiene reasons, used skincare/soap products are not eligible for return

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if:

• You received a damaged product

• You received the wrong item

• Items are missing from your order

Once approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Amount will be credited to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind

• Used or opened products

• Incorrect shipping address provided

• Delivery failed due to unavailability
